  1. Our Classmate Lamona McCloud lost her mother, services being held Saturday, Dec 5th in Willis, TX.  Please keep the family in your prayers.
  2. Class, Please keep the family of Latonya Nelson (Houston) in your prayers.  She leaves a 12 year old daughter. 
  3. Our Classmate Reginald Jones lost his mother, services being held Saturday May 2nd, 1pm at New Jerusalem in Tyler, TX.  Please keep the family in your prayers.
  4. Our classmate Marneitha Reese lost her younger brother, Leonard Greene on April 11th. Services are expected to be on Saturday, April 18th, 11:00 a.m. at True Light Baptist Church. Please keep the family in your prayers.

    I hope that each and everyone of you will get through these rough waters(economy).  In August of 2008 I lost my grandfather he and my grandmother were my principal raisers throughout my childhood and let me tell you it has been rough.  I thought that I could accept it but it turns out that maybe I am not as strong as I originally thought.  I miss him so very much. I find myself shutting down and away from my family. I know the word but right now I find no solace in it. Please pray that eventually I will find solace and acceptance.

  6. With this bad economy continue to pray for the safety and well being of all our classmates and their families.  Trina Menefee (Benson) is asking for special prayer, her husband works for Pilgrim's Pride of Nacogdoches and they are laying off 450 employees.  They once thought because he was a good worker he wouldn't have any problems, but in the past few days the best of the best employees have been layed off.  Pray Clarence (Broth in law) isn't one of them.
  7. I would like to pray for the safety of our new President, Barrack Obama and his family.  I would also like to pray for the safety and well being of all my classmates and their families.  If your going through something don't give up.  God is Good!  Watch his work.  Lola Fisher (Lewis)
     
  8. Teresa McKnight (Barron) in 2004 was diagnosed with stomach cancer, She does well but continue to pray for Complete Healing (Cancer Free).  Teresa can be reached at Tmcknight@sleepmed.com
